OUR STORY
our director: Che Raul Maharaj
Ché graduated with his LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College) in 2015. He then completed his period of service as an Article Clerk at a reputable Employment Law firm in Durban in 2018.
With extensive experience in dealing with Compliance related matters, Che has developed a passion for understanding and applying the law to an array of legal issues (including but not limited to Employment Law).
Having specialized as a Labour Law Legal Advisor since 2018, Ché has gained invaluable experience during his relations with reputable organizations and he identified the importance of guaranteeing client satisfaction and service delivery.
Ché was then inspired to launch CRM Labour Legal in 2021 to efficiently provide these vital services to clients and has developed the ability to grasp technical legal concepts and issues and is able to provide sound and reliable legal advice.
He is proficient in furnishing legal advice to clients, facilitating established employment law procedures, legal drafting, research and preparing legal opinions. Ché has always maintained an exemplary rapport with clients and takes great pride in ensuring client satisfaction. His personality and skillset make him well-suited to tackling a host of legal issues, meeting stringent deadlines and managing client expectations.
